Handmade variation
Each piece is made by hand in small batches. Slight variations in shape, glaze movement, and finish are normal and part of the beauty of handmade work! These natural variations are not considered defects.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are handmade and produced in small batches, I'm very rarely able to offer returns or exchanges for purchases. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll do my best to help.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once confirmed, I will offer a replacement or a refund.
