Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by hand in my home studio—from throwing and finishing to glazing and firing.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each item is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in shape, glaze movement, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. I photograph pieces as accurately as possible, but screens can display color a little differently.
Are your glazes food safe?
Yes—functional wares are finished with food-safe glazes.
Can I put my ceramics in the dishwasher or microwave?
In general, yes. Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but hand-washing is recommended to help preserve the surface over time. For full guidance, please see the Care & Use page.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
Because each piece is handmade, I may not be able to accept returns for minor variations in glaze or form. If you’re unsure before purchasing, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you choose.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I’ll respond as quickly as possible with next steps.
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines depend on whether an item is ready to ship or made to order (like with commissioned pieces).
- Ready-to-ship pieces typically go out within 5 business days
- Made-to-order pieces require 4-8 weeks time
Do you ship internationally?
If international shipping is available, it will appear at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, contact me and I can let you know what’s possible.
Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?
If you’re sending a gift, you can add a note at checkout (when available). If you’d like something specific, send a message before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! Check out my Commissions page. Custom work depends on my current production schedule and the type of request.
Do you offer wholesale?
I do wholesale on a limited basis. If you're interested, please contact me with your shop name, location, and the pieces you’re interested in and we can talk about it.
How can I stay updated on new releases?
The best way is to join the email list for first access to new drops and occasional studio updates. You can sign up in the footer of the site.
